Saburomaru distillery is the oldest distillery in the Hokuriku area. 

70 years has passed since its establishment and it is the third longest distillery in Japan.

Guests can take the aged whisky out from a barrel (cask) and fill it in a 700ml-bottle by yourselves. 

At last, you write your signature on a label and put it to the bottle.
